This design aims to solve the uneven distribution of resources in modern cities through horizontal and vertical 15-minute communities composed of multi-functional skyscrapers. In our opinion, the way to balance social resources is to regions automatically adjust resource allocation through modular development. The skyscraper design is highly coorporated with the clients by using advanced technology (VR AR). In addition, the buildings group with landscae will constitute a community so that reduce unequality of infrastructures. The module house and units are flexible to design and construct, and the landscape which support the community's sustainability.
